Crops are the relations of human health is one of the important food crops diseases is toimprove crop yield and biological quality of an effective way. In this study, indoorcultivation, animal husbandry and tablet confrontation added to the medium Bassiana andMetarhizium anisopliae conidia suspension and other methods to measure Bassiana andM.anisopliae against several important plant pathogen mycelial growth inhibition; Bybassiana and Metarhizium broth extraction and its heat-resistant, acid and alkali, lightresistance research, analysis, physical and chemical properties of its metabolites. The results showed that B. bassiana and M.anisopliae confrontation with the testpathogen culture and in the medium conidia suspension of the four kinds of test have goodmycelial growth inhibition in When cultured to6d, B. bassiana strain Bb1sporesuspension on Rhizoctonia cerealis, Fusarium oxysporumf, Bipolaris maydis, Botrytiscinerea growth inhibition rates were60.78%,53.26%,59.43%and46.51%; M.anisopliaeMa32spore suspension test for the four kinds of mycelial growth inhibition rates were77.16%,42.13%,70.38%and51.72%. Variance analysis showed that B. bassiana andM.anisopliae conidia suspension of four kinds of pairs tested mycelial growth inhibitionrate reached a significant level.B. bassiana and M.anisopliae against four kinds of fermentation bacteria inhibition testwith the increase in the number of days of culture broth was enhanced, in which thefermentation broth culture14d best control effect. Culture to5d, the culture of B. bassiana14d Bb1, Bb2, Bb3fermented liquid Bipolaris maydis mycelial growth inhibition rateswere36.72%,35.52%and33.98%; culture14d of M.anisopliae Ma09, Ma22, Ma32fermented liquid Bipolaris maydis mycelial growth inhibition rates were41.34%,42.15%,45.68%.By B.bassiana and Metarhizium anisopliae physicochemical properties of thefermentation broth analysis found that the fermentation broth, respectively50oC,60oC,70oC,80oC,90oC and100oC in a constant temperature bath for1h, its suppression bacteriacapable performance and stability, inhibition rate was little changed before the treatment, indicating that the fermentation broth antibacterial substance has thermal stability, thefermentation broth of Metarhizium heat steam through121oC for30min, and itsantibacterial activity sharp decline; will be held in40W fluorescent and natural light tohandle12h,24h,48h after Bassiana and Metarhizium fermentation broth inhibition against the tested bacteria are decreased, but little change, indicating that beetle Metarhizium withlight stability; B. bassiana broth in pH4~10comes with a good performance, the bestperformance at pH=10, Metarhizium fermentation broth at pH neutral environmentperformance of the most Well, alkali conditions which are subject to greater inhibition ofantibacterial activity.
