The stalk crops biomechanical properties and Lodging relationship is not for the lodgingof wheat, studies have reported relatively rare. According to some scholars study theperformance of wheat lodging, come to characterize the stalk lodging resistance flexuralstrength and flexural rigidity of mechanical indicators.Therefore, from the study on mechanical mechanism the stalk crops biomechanicalproperties and Lodging relationship obtained good seed of wheat screening the biomechanicalperformance indicators and evaluation methods.However, the wheat stem force under the mechanical areas of agricultural materials, witha small stem (stem force is small), the material is uneven, easy to deform, irregular features, isnot easy to collect suitable samples for analysis, so the mechanical properties of CulmDetermination difficult to achieve. Currently used by the apparatus and method is not perfect,one device accuracy of the instrument needs to be improved, on the other hand, in the actualproduction process is more difficult, due to the complex and changing environment, etc., toobtain the test test parameters. In order to obtain more accurate data parameters to study themechanical properties of wheat stalk, the design of this project a wheat stalk mechanicalproperties of the test system, the use of self-designed experimental platform test controller onthe host computer in real-time determination of the mechanics of the wheat stem state studyshowing the mechanical properties of wheat stalks in various growth stages, especially in thegrain filling period stalk exhibit easy suppressing characteristics, and the test data analysis.To study the mechanical properties of wheat stalks Fracture and Lodging to provide thereliable guidelines for the increasing of production and breeding of fine varieties, design anddevelopment a kind of mechanics testing of wheat stalks.The test equipment mainly includecontrol section, executive body, information collection as well as display module. It use quiteaccurate data acquisition system,very Simple to operate. Experiments show that the sytemstable and reliable,the deviation of collection data lower,fulfill the system requirements,it can test the wheat stalks feature in mechanics and physics,it provides a effective and reliable method and tool for material mechanics.
