| The research is mainly to the resistance identification and genetic analysis of Maize Rough Dwarf Disease among100of maize inbred line, screening high maize rough dwarf disease of inbred line, while determining genetic stability of the maize rough dwarf disease for future. It is the natural appraisal method. It will provide material and basis for variety improvement, variety breeding. The results were as follows:1. This paper using disease index and the rate of plant of correlation analysis, it is concluded that different from previous corn black rot severity evaluation method, namely simple plant from the rate of data to determine the severity of the disease, without repeated calculation condition index, in order to reduce the workload.3. Selected10high resistance of maize inbred line, finding out the resistance good groups, such as PB and Lancaster group, Reid subsets for high susceptibility group. Based on the analysis of the different inbred line different groups for the future corn variety improvement and resistance of black rot variety breeding provide theoretical foundation. |
