Aphid main natural enemy creatures in the nature by smoke, smoke aphid cocoon bees as the main research object. A large scale in its plant smoke in baise region of artificial propagation and field release technology was studied. At the same time the yellow plate induced aphid technology used in mountain of vega was explored, and the technique of tobacco aphid control effect was evaluated. By baise tobacco litura, tobacco budworm, bollworm field fluctuation laws, using its sex pheromone comprehensive biological test three aspects of biological control were studied. The results showed that:1. Under the condition of different breeding and scale, smoke aphid aphis and smoke cocoon used bee breeding time was different, with the longest time needed for big greenhouse and the shortest time needed for simple greenhouses. Smoke tobacco aphid, aphis cocoon bees yield was also different. Large glass chamber adopted large pan smoke propagation. Each greenhouse could reproduce more than100ten thousand aphids, aphis2.5million or so stiff. Using pot seedling could reproduce smoke aphid in more than50ten thousand, aphis1.25million or so stiff. Plastic greenhouse with small plastic tub could reproduce smoke aphid80000head, aphis12.15million or so stiff.the conditions of greenhouse breeding was more humble, the tobacco growing, environment was worse, under the same size, the quantity of bees was less, but the bee cycle was shorter than greenhouse. Currently, the field was placed stiff massive release of aphid aphidius a major technical methods, in tobacco-growing areas had been widely used.2. The yellow sticky boards used tobacco fields in the mountains with the best angle parallel ridges was identified. The best height was above the bottom line for the yellow plate ridges55cm. The yellow plate processing compared with chemical agents for response to readily availability on smoke control aphid was poorer, but in the persistence, yellow plate treatment significantly better than that of imidacloprid.3. A PVC matrix lure both in quantity and moth were superior in performance period three rubber valsecchi quality lures. PVC matrix lure was valid for three times of the latter, more than one times that of trap quantity. Traps at test time trapping effect demonstrated by a low-density area moth trapping single largest amount. Sex pheromone had obvious traps in spodoptera and boll worm male. The best suspension height was80cm from the ground.
