Studies On Sustainable Development Of Rice In Ningxiang

Rice production in Ningxiang was studied with literature-material and system-sur vey method, using the mathematical statistics method to comprehensively analysis of the data, to find the sustainable development model of rice. This research aimed to p romote Ningxiang sustainable development of rice industry to achieve economic, socia1and ecological benefits of harmonization, as well as the sustainable development, co nstruction, marketing and experience of rice in other areas to provide a theoretical ba sis for reference. The results were as follows:(1)In this paper, a total of eight chapters, the first chapter summarizes the rice p roduction status in our country, analyzing the important position of rice, the role of agricultural production and food security, the origin of the sustainable development of agriculture, and its significance and characteristics. An emphasis on the rice industry in Hunan, the situation of rice breeding and cultivation in Hunan, the main rice pro duction development model and its sustainability, and situation of Ningxiang areas, i ncluding its geographical location, natural resources, soil nutrient changes, disaster, so cio-economic structures, farming development, agriculture and rice industry position, and so on was studied.(2)By Ningxiang status of rice cultivation systems research, we presented a typic al area suitable for sustainable development model, including the rice mechanization model, high-quality rice cultivation model, hybrid rice project mode.(3)By analysising the rice mechanization mode, high-quality rice cultivation mode1, hybrid rice project mode, three modes to explore sustainable development, we foun d that it had better ecological, economic and social benefits. Eco-efficiency, sustainabl e development model were increased the agricultural products value, reduced soil eros ion and fertilizer, to improve the ecological environment. Among them, the hybrid ric e project model also had a good effect of planting, breeding effect, energy efficiency and environmental health effects. Social aspects of sustainable development models was able to make rational use of natural resources, absorbing more surplus labor, to solve the employment problem of surplus labor in rural areas.(4) For the sustainable development of rice Ningxiang problems, we had forward the corresponding countermeasures, suggestions and ideas, which included the adjust ment of the layout and structure of rice development, comprehensively promoting the application of agricultural science and technology, perfecting ecological agriculture di versified investment system and social service system, agricultural non-point source p ollution in key governance and comprehensively promote the industrialization of rice production.
