In this research, agronomic traits, critical temperature of fertility alteration, outcrossing characteristics, rice quality of dual-purpose genic male sterile lines9771S,235S,236S, Wuse236S, Bang191S and the control Zhu1S were studied; and the combining ability of main traits of21hybrid combinations were analyzed with3male sterile lines,9771S, Bang191S,236S and7restorer lines, Zhongjiazaol7, Zao1, Zao3, Zao4, Zao143,9008and9103by the way of incomplete diallel cross. The results are as follows:1、Bang191S’s growth period was shorter, the speed of outgrowing leaves was faster, the tillering ability was stronger, the flag leaves were long, straight,narrow,the number of effective panicles per plant and grain number per panicle of Bang191S was more than those of CK(Zhu1S).9771S’s growth period was shortest, the number of main stem leaves was less, the tillering ability was in general, the flag leaves were short, straight, narrow, the plant height was the shortest, the number of effective panicles per plant and grain number per panicle of9771S was less than those of CK(Zhu1S).235S and0SH002’s tillering number was less, the flag leaves was longer, straight, narrow, the opening angle was large, the effective panicles were less.236S and Wuse236S’s tillering ability was in general, the flag leaves were longer, straight, wide, the opening angle was large, the panicles were less and grain was more.2、 The critical temperature of fertility alteration of Bangl91Swas less than23.0℃, and it had stable sterility, was the typical low thermo-sensitive dual-purpose genic male sterile line; the critical temperature of fertility alteration of235S,9771S and0SH002was between23.0℃-23.5℃; the critical temperature of fertility alteration of236S and Wuse236S was above23.5℃.3、The day-flowering peak time of6tested sterile lines was9:30-13:30, which was later than the male parent, the flowering time was dispersed. Except for Bang191S, the rest5male sterile lines’forenoon flowering rate and its flowering time encounter rate with the male parent flowering time were higher than those of the Zhu1S.4、The glume opening angle of9771S, Bang191S,236S, and Wuse236S was larger than that of Zhu1S.235S,9771S,0SH002,236S’glume opening time was longer than Zhu1S. The rate of not closed glume of9771S (19.18%) was higher. The stigma exsertion rate of9771S, Bang191S,236S, Wuse236S,0SH002and235S were higher, and clasping spikelet rate was lower, they had excellent outcrossing character.9771S, Bang191S and235S had excellent outcrossing rate.5、The brown rice rate and chalkiness degree of235S,9771S,0SH002,236S, Bang191S and Wuse236S were reached the national first level standard of indicia rice, The length/width and gel consistency reached the national first level standard of indica rice. Except OSH002’s starch content reached the national first level, the rest dual-purpose genie male sterile lines’ starch content was lower. The sterile lines rice quality need be improved. The correlation between quality traits of the sterile lines was found.6、The GCA of236S, Bang191S, Zao3and9008was high. The SCA of9771S/Zao4,236S/Zaol,236S/9008, Bang191S/Zao143was high and very obvious,they had excellent agronomical characteristics. The heritability of the yield traits on the hybrid combinations was larger, and less influnced by environmental. The additive effects played dominates role, the correlations between yield traits was found.
