Zearalenone can cause animals acute or chronic poisoning. Zearalenone affected growth performance of animals, and cause reproductive disease, it was strongly widespread contaminants of feed, foods and soil, it residues in animal products, the harm of Zearalenone and huge economic loss was caused by the problem which could not allow to ignore. Therefore, how to eliminate toxicity of Zearalenone and potential threat is the highlight in research of feed science. This experiment was carried out in a series of20ml centrifugal pipe plug, join the concentration of1μg/ml ZEN-PBS buffer, add a certain amount of different adsorbent, oscillated2h,5000r/min, the centrifugal10min, by measured ZEN in the supernatant fluid, seedling rate calculation, evaluation of different adsorbent adsorption effect of Zearalenone, Select the best adsorbent A, further study on the influence of different factors on the adsorbent A adsorption ZEN in reaction system(solution pH, the interaction time, reaction temperature, initial concentration of Zearalenone, the amount of adsorbent A). we pick up another absorbent adsorbent A from commonly used absorbent, which compound with adsorbent A have the best detoxification effect, adsorbent A and adsorbent B mix proportion is equal to the2:1, which was called compound adsorbent G, further study on the influence of different factors on the compound adsorbent G adsorption ZEN in reaction system(solution pH, the interaction time, reaction temperature, initial concentration of Zearalenone, the amount of compound adsorbent G, all the same, explore the mechanism of Zearalenone adsorption on them by isothermal adsorption experiment, infrared absorption spectrum, desorption experiment and toxicity experiment of animal in vivo. The results of the study as following:(1) Experiments with several kinds of sorbent, adsorbent A adsorption effect is best one, detoxification rate was78.6%, and with adsorbent B composite, detoxification effect is as high as99.62%.(2) Adsorbent A experimental results show that at37℃to add0.2%of adsorbent A, adsorption equilibrium in90min, with increasing the pH of the solution, the adsorption rate is increased, reached the highest pH=7-8; temperature on adsorbent A adsorbed ZEN,the adsorption effect, with the increase of temperature, the adsorption rate is increased, reached the highest when the temperature is37℃but when the temperature continues to rise, the adsorption rate decline; Between adsorbent A and the detoxification of ZEN, there was a significantly linear correlation relationship. The detoxification of ZEN by adsorbent A, the data was fitted better to Freundlich equation, organic compounds formed by the ZEN with adsorbent A very stable, the resolution ratio is about7%.(3) Compound adsorbent G experimental results show that at37℃to add0.1%of adsorbent G, adsorption equilibrium in90min, with increasing the pH of the solution, the adsorption rate is increased, reached the highest pH=7-8; temperature on adsorbent G adsorbed ZEN, the adsorption effect, there was no significant change; between adsorbent G and the detoxification of ZEN, there was a significantly linear correlation relationship. The detoxification of ZEN by adsorbent G, the data was fitted better to Freundlich equation, organic compounds formed by the ZEN with adsorbent G very stable, the resolution ratio is about4.94%.(4) Animal experimental results show that adsorbent A and compound adsorbent G can remit toxic effect of animals caused by ZEN, and restore the animal production Performance.
