Variable rate spraying technology is the key measures to solve the problemscaused by the use of pesticides pollution of the environment, human and animalwaste, such as pesticide poisoning. Because much of the existing sprayer importedmachine, high cost, the pulse electromagnetic valve as the main variable parts, butthis way at low frequency spray continuity is not good and not easy to maintain, inthe domestic large-scale promotion. In view of the above problems, this subject isbased on pressure type variable spray technology, the use of electric control valve asthe main control unit, the design of the pressure variable spray control system.In this paper, through the analysis of the variable spraying technique theory,establishes the electric ball valve as the control variable spray system adjustingdevice, and the system tests were carried out to study the performance characteristics.In this paper, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1) Construction of pressure type variable spray system, including systemstructures, design of control system of part, design to software part of the system.2) Based on the uniformity of spray under different pressure, particle diameter,and spray fog test research Angle, range to meet the requirements of agriculturalengineering pressure0.25MPa to0.40MPa.3) Through the electric ball control test flow control valve, the electric ballcontrol valve regulating the flow of control area and control area, and flexible andcontrollable region; the relationship between the hysteresis and flow rate and flowregulation, namely the bigger, more obvious hysteresis of nozzle.4) Through the test of constant flow spray on the precision of variable sprayingsystem, proved that the nozzle in the pressure range to meet the requirements of theinternal, spray flow rate fluctuation, while in other pressure flow fluctuation.5)Through the system transient response test, the spray volume to spray systemregulation less delay, from large to small adjustment with large delay.
