In agricultural production, plant protection link significantly influenced the harvest of agricultural products. And the use of pesticides is one of the methods commonly used in plant protection link. So, pesticide spraying method and the spray machine directly affects the efficiency of pesticides and plant protection effect Therefore, in the process of agricultural production, spraying technology research is very meaningful.The electrostatic spray technology studied in this paper is one of the pesticide spraying technology. In this article, firstly, the electrostatic spray the liquid atomization, droplets charged, in the process of movement process of stress analysis and so on has be carried on the theoretical analysis. The corresponding mathematical model of the process is simply described, providing a theoretical basis for experiment study. Based on electrostatic spraying theory, modification of fluid type atomizer electrostatic spray, electrostatic spray is designed, the variable control system experimental platform is set, and conducted tests and related data processing, recording and analysis.And the method of orthogonal experiment is used to select the optimal variables on experiment, The experimental platform of the electrostatic spray variable control system, according to the experimental need,is set.The platform has stable running, good parts selection.And the experimental research of different pressure, different electrostatic voltage and different nozzle diameter and jet distance the atomization effect can be implemented.the following conclusions:(1) In the experiments of single factor effect of atomization:first of all, the electrostatic spray and common spray are worked. The two kinds of spray droplets atomization effect under way is compared. The conclusion is drew:under the condition of electrostatic spraying, spraying droplets diameter and droplets spectral range is reduced, atomization effect is improved obviously.(2) Spray pressure is0.1Mpa,0.2Mpa and0.3Mpa three cases of cloud droplets diameter were85.7um and76.2um and80.4um., and the droplet diameter is less pressure, but after the spray pressure is greater than0.2Mpa, the increase of pressure can make the spray flow rate, leading to big diameter droplets appear, affect the droplets atomizing effect. Because when pressure, injection speed, led to some droplets to atomization nozzle out, so that0.2Mpa is the best spray pressure.(3) For different electrostatic voltage and nozzle hole diameter, single factor analysis of electrostatic voltage in1kv,2kv,3kv three cases droplets diameter were90.6um and75.2um,73um, electrostatic voltage obviously effect on the atomizing performance, as the voltage increases, the droplets are smaller in diameter, but after the electrostatic voltage greater than2kv, electrostatic voltage effect on droplets diameter is not obvious, so that2kv is the best spray voltage. (4) Nozzle hole diameter is1.3mm,1.0mm and0.7mm three cases, the droplets diameter were94.7um and79.3um and73.8um, the decrease of the nozzle hole diameter, diameter droplets are less, but when the real spraying process, due to the solvent contains impurities and spraying flow requirements, select the optimal nozzle diameter1.0mm.(5) The multiple factors experiment is carried on the use of electrostatic spray experiment platform. The orthogonal test is used. The test results show that the droplets diameter, the impact factors of electrostatic voltage in primary and secondary, spray pressure and nozzle hole diameter.In the multivariate experiments, the best factor level combinations sought out for B3A2C3, namely in electrostatic spray, spray pressure shall be maintained at0.2Mpa, the electrostatic voltage is3kv, nozzle hole diameter is0.7mm, so there will be the best atomizing effect.
