Research On Form Design Of Agricultural Machinery

In recent years, agricultural enterprises pay more attention to R&D technology and production quality management and the rapid dissemination of information, making that the technical gap between different brands of agricultural machinery products is getting smaller and smaller; and function is no longer the only way of product competition. Form is an important property that making the agricultural machinery products different and it has been gradually valued by major agricultural machinery enterprises. Form design innovation will be becoming an important means of agricultural machinery products’ competitive differentiation. Based on this situation, the paper researched form design of agricultural machinery product deeply, and a general method of agricultural machinery product form design is proposed which is based on an actual case. The main contents are as follows:1. Summarize the agricultural machinery products and the form design theory, so that the direction of the research is clear;2. By analyzing the existing forms of agricultural machinery products, summarizes the basic law of product form elements such as overall form of the product, the details, the color, and material and technical conditions;3. On the basis of analyzing the form design of agricultural machinery products, proposed basic design principles of form design:function, humanization, the principle of formal beauty and the brand identity;4. Summary the basic form creation method that is suitable for agricultural machinery products——the geometric shape method and the bionic simulation method. These efforts can provide a reference to the form design work of agricultural machinery products;5. Elaborated the form design process of agricultural machinery products with the case of PF455S hand transplanter of some Jiangsu Machinery Co., Ltd. Defined the form design direction with a survey of product semantics difference questionnaire and analyzing by SPSS software, And verify the feasibility of form the design through the physical model.The conclusion of this paper provides a reference for the form design of agricultural machinery products, especially making an important theoretical and practical significance in the form creation method and design positioning process.
