Now.it has been found that picking up fruits which cause the change on sink-source,so that soluble contents accumulate what may provide basic material and energy for anthocyanin synthetising, then to convert leaves color in early maturing peach. However,it has not been reported whether this phenomenon is caused by physiological or gene.Futhermore, soluble sugars provide basic material and energy by glycolytic pathway, but more of them, as a signal, involved in PFD to regulate anthocyanin biosynthesis related enzyme activity and induce enzyme genes expression, and it has not been reported that the influnce of soluble sugars in red leaves of early maturing peach at present. This research selected red leaf phenomena of early maturing peach’Zaomei’,green leaf of early maturing peach’Ximi’,middle maturing peach’Yue172’ and later maturing peach’Gangshan11th, as the material.Studied the influence of lower sink in leaf surface parameter values, pigments contents, soluble sugar contents and other related physiological index, and the relationship between soluble sugars accumulation and environmental factors.Analyzing the affecting factors, meanwhile research ed the night respiration of two early maturing peach. The result showed that:1Influence of Fruit Removed in Pigment Contents and Leaf Color of Early Maturity PeachRed leaf phenomena of early maturity peach were determined by related genes, and low sink improved Ant/Chl value. The correlation analysis showed that Ant/Chl value had a positive relation to PFD and Ta,when it had a negative relation to H.Otherwise, the Ant/Chl value which were more bigger, the L*were more smaller, were the important factor to influenc leaf surface brightness. The a*value had a negative relation to b*value (-0.956,p<0.01),and when the a*value more larger and b*more smaller, leaf color was red.2Influence of Fruit Removed in Related Physiological Indexes of Red Leaf Coloration in Early Maturity PeachThe PAL,CHI and DFR activities waved lowly in source leaves of ’Ximi’ which didn’t have coloration, although its solubles contents had no significantly difference with ’Zaomei’.Fruit(and flower) removed could improve the leaf solubles contents, which followed the creasing of PFD to make Ant contents be significantly higher than reserved fruit treatment in’Zaomei’.However, their leaves all began to appeare red in the middle ten days of June, and they had no significant different. The correlation analysis showed that, on the contrary with sorbitiol, glucose and fructose contents, sucrose content had a significant upright correlation with Ant content.Furthermore, sorbitiol might provided substrate and energy for anthocyanin biosynthesis by degrading to be hexose(glucose and fructose),sucrose joined PFD affected anthocyanin biosynthesis enzymes activity.Above proved that red leaf properties of early maturity peach were determined by related genes, and low sink improved leaf which take part in environmental factors to affect the synthesization and decompostion of Ant.3Influence of Fruit Removed in Carbohydrate Accumulation in Different Maturity Peach LeavesBoth sink-source intensity and PFD,Ta effected the Pn, Pr, Rn of peach leaves. In the period of fruit coloration, the fruits could improve the Pn and Pr,but at the same time,it inhibited the Rn. It improved the soluble contens and caused the Pn and Pr to decline when picked up fruits absolutly, but that had a bearing on soluble sugars and peach maturity(or environmental factor), the later maturity, the more obvious caybohydrate accumulation. Futhermore, the environmental factors influenced Pn, Pr and Rn,in a certain range, the soluble sugars contents were increased with by PFD and Ta increasing. And the higher Ta and H might induce sucrose degradation, when the higher Ta and lower H induce sorbitol.4Study on the Relationship between Night Respiration and Affecting Factors in Different Leaf Coloration of Early Maturity PeachLeading leaf night respiration was Ci, and it main was starch activation in first stages of the glycolytic in the leaf coloration process of’Zaomei’, when it main was leaded by WUE and hexose activation in late August. On the contrary, Gs was the main leading factor for’Ximi’respiration in late August. And it main was hexose activation in late June, when it was starch activation in late July and August. Furthermore, Night respiration of’Ximi’was leaded by the leaf surface temperature, when the factors that leading ’Zaomei’were Ca, H, Ta in late June, July and August, respectively. The above showed that the night respiration of early maturity peach, which was closely related to leaf coloring, except for the effects of environmental factors.
