Establishment Of Evaluating System For Poultry Erythrocyte Immune System

The text, based on the feasibility of experiments a evaluation system of immune systemfor poultry erythrocytes was established. Different experimental methods to be usedconfirmed the red blood cell C3b receptor rosette and immune complex rosette experimentsfor the basic theoretical research of this evaluation system. Meanwhile, the optimumexperimental conditions of the evaluation system was optimized, and finalize the experimentimmersion temperature42℃, bath time40min.At the same time, separately measured the variation curve of immune adherence activityof erythrocytes at the growth process of broilers and laying hens, the curve showed in C3breceptor rosette rate and immune complex rosette rate can also serve as reference value for alaboratory application of the evaluation system of the future experiment. In normalconditions, two rosette rates of the breeding healthy broilers and laying hens with thereference values should not have too great a deviation from the experimental results unless theaccuracy will be greatly reduced.In addition, this established evaluation system of immune system of poultry erythrocyteswere also used on the practical application. By way of studying on the change of immuneadherence activity of erythrocytes of broilers which infected with the atypical Newcastledisease pre and post, as well as affectting on immune adherence activity of poultryerythrocytes by matsutake polysaccharide showed that the evaluation system can have a highrelevance.Finally, study on the other associated factors of poultry erythrocytes immune. The resultsshowed that poultry serum has two substances for promoting and inhibiting erythrocytesnatural immune function as human; poultry erythrocytes membrane also has asuperoxidedismutase(SOD)，and these were filled a gap in this research field.This evaluation system can be used in research fields of animal husbandry and veterinary，and it had significant assisted diagnosis and treatment of application value inpathogenesis、disease、curative effects and prognosis aspects.
