Study On Erythrocyte Immune Function Of Tilapia In Taiyuan Area

Objective To study the immune adherence function of non-primates mammalian erythrocytes and the existence of the complement receptor on the surface of erythrocytesMethods Taking economic fish as the research object to design test, Green fluorescent protein Escherichia coli.(GFP-E.coli) were treated with fresh serum as an attempt to form ICs, serum complement-opsonized GFP-E.coli, and then the bacteria were co-incubated with the Tilapia erythrocytes. Thereafter, fluorescence microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The immune function of tilapia rythrocytes were evalued by the erythrocyte rosette test. This experiment selected home-made extract astragalus polysaccharide mixture feeding tilapia, observation of Astragalus Polysaccharide immune enhancement effect.Results Green fluorescent protein was expressed in GFP-E.coli and it could be used as an adherent reporter successfully. The Tilapia erythrocytes kept a eumorphism in the experiment. The fact that fresh serum complement-opsonized GFP-E.coli adhered to the erythrocytes and could not be washed out were observed under the fluorescence microscopy and SEM. Nile tilapia, red tilapia tail of red cell immune adhesion receptor rosette rate were:31.80±1.86,30.09±1.67, IC rosette rate were24.40±1.41,23.36±2.64; the results show, the blank of Nile tilapia control group, high dose group, low dose group of RBC-C3bR were31.80±1.8,42.16±3.22,38.83±1.17, the RBC-ICR values were24.40±1.41,23.28±3.32,24.04±2.66; red tailed tilapia blank control group, high dose group, low dose group of RBC-C3bR were30.09±1.67,40.39±2.51,36.23±1.08, the RBC-ICR values were23.36±2.64,22.64±2.81,23.04±1.06.Conclusion Tilapia erythrocytes were with immune adhesion function,and It can enhance the red cell immune function of Tilapia with the dose of mixing high dose700mg/kg feed feeding...
