With the gradual expansion of facilities for vegetable cultivation area, vegetable production has gradually entered the factory production stage. Currently, Compared with developed countries, the person who engaged in greenhouse management and production in China, with low quality of cultural, the ability to obtain knowledge and management level. Lack of cultivation techniques and expert guidance less restricting greenhouse crop yields and improve the quality of. Therefore, the development of the greenhouse crop cultivation and management expert system, help the greenhouse managers of the various aspects of the greenhouse crop cultivation with scientific arrangements and management, improve the greenhouse management level, to promote the development of greenhouse vegetable cultivation technology has important significance and broad application prospects. The main content of this paper is as follows:1. According to the growth characteristics of greenhouse crops, and based on the Greenhouse crop growth model, this paper organics integration of embedded computer technology, environmental control technology with intelligent expert system, on the basis of a detailed analysis of the demand growth of greenhouse crops, a common, flexible greenhouse crop cultivation expert system’s overall is designed.2. ARM11series of embedded microprocessor core, using the Fei Ling TE6410embedded development board for hardware platforms, drawing on modular design principles to build a greenhouse crop cultivation expert system hardware platform. With multi-linear, multi-tasking, full priority features of Windows CE software platform, the greenhouse crop cultivation expert system software is designed.3. With the in-depth study of the effective accumulated temperature model and physiological development time prediction model to predict crop growth and development, through the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the comparison of the two models, this paper selected and designed the crop growth and development decision-making system model. According to the different crop type, the system can choose the different parameters of the model. By replacing the appropriate expert knowledge base, it can accurately simulated crop growth, to determine the crop growth.4. According to the greenhouse environmental regulation and control needing, this paper completed the design of the greenhouse crop environmental decision-making system. Based on different crop types or varieties, the system can replace knowledge base. For the requirement of environmental conditions of greenhouse crops at different growth stages, with the inference engine to compare environmental parameters and the reasoning knowledge in knowledge base, output the decision-making results after calculation.5. According to the needs of disease control, draw on expertise, experience and the inference engine, this paper designed the greenhouse crop disease diagnosis system. The system proposed a new disease characterized coding knowledge expression and disease feature extraction algorithm. From the aspects of disease characteristics, the design of the knowledge coding expression, this paper elaborated the knowledge storage and run of the crop disease diagnosis system, defined the set class of incomplete description of information system, constructed the corresponding rough sets and ambiguity function in incomplete decision table to obtain the membership of each element, provided the basis for the judgment of the practical problems.The overall framework of the greenhouse crop cultivation expert system module divided into different modules, representing environmental regulation function, crop growth judgment function and crop disease diagnosis function, and the linkages between modules, intelligent greenhouse crop cultivation. At the same time, flexible structure design saving development time and the cost of agricultural crops cultivation expert system, to make up the lacking of single function of the traditional agricultural expert system.
