The manual measurement and recording, through artificial of grain drying so as to prevent the occurrence of the abnormal of temperature and humidity. so the control effect is not good. In recent years, through the continuous efforts of researchers and research, monitoring technology is mature, the development of the granary, gradually formed a granary monitoring system is increasingly perfect.This design is based on single chip microcomputer STC89C52RC as the core including the temperature sensor (DS18B20), humidity sensor (HIH-4010), the related peripheral circuit and PC (VB). It can monitor the temperature and humidity signal of granary environment. Workers can display data through the LCD1602or PC (VB) in time to monitor the barn conditions. All of the measuring can be controlled by software.Temperature sensors can get the signal and the circuit converts them into electrical signals to send the STC89C52RC Humidity sensor need to make use of A/D conversion chip to convert the data to analysis them by MCU sending them to display device by software. This system is connected with PC by RS422.It can set alarm value of the temperature and humidity.It also can display temperature and humidity in time, and save them in the database to handle the data conveniently in the future.
