The present study was conducted to evaluate the nutrient level of42rapeseed meals from central China, conventional nutrition, amino acid and anti-nutritional factors were firstly investigated by in vitro chemical analysis,then " Sibbald" force-feeding was employed to evaluate11rapeseed meal samples, true metabolizable energy, effectiveness of amino acid, calcium and phosphate in adult roosters.Correlation between chemical components and true metabolizable energy, amino acid, calcium and phosphate digestibility were summarize to fit optimal linear regression equation.Results are as followed:1.Chemical analysis results:dry matter(DM)89.13±1.17%, crude protein(CP)42.78±2.96%, ether extract (EE)2.09±0.71%, crude fiber(CF)9.40±1.65%, acid detergent fiber (ADF)23.90±2.50%, neutral detergent fiber(NDF)37.07±4.51%, ash9.30±0.71%, nitrogen-free extract(NFE)36.44±2.31%, calcium0.82±0.10%, phosphorus1.17±0.09%, phytate phosphorus(PAP)0.75±0.11%, gross energy(GE)19.48±0.22MJ/Kg, aspartate(A-sp)2.87±0.36%, glutamate(Glu)8.39±0.99%, serine(Ser)1.87±0.26%, histidine(His)2.29±0.71%, glycine(Gly)2.04±0.27%, threonine(Thr)1.77±0.26%, arginine (Arg)2.31±0.28%, alanine (Ala)1.78±0.18%, tyrosine(Tyr)1.03±0.17%, cystine (Cys)0.91±0.30%, valine(Val)1.91±0.31%, methionine(Met)0.74±0.18%, phenylalanine (Phe)1.59±0.19%, isoleucine(Ile)1.57±0.19%, leucine (Leu)2.78±0.30%, lysine (Lys)1.83±0.35%, tryptophan(Try)0.39±0.06%, glucosinolates(GS)56.56±10.85umol/g, isothiocyanate(ITC)0.83±0.60mg/g, oxazolidine thione(OZT)0.63±0.31mg/g, tannin (TA)1.20±0.34%, phytic acid (PA)2.68±0.40%.2. Returns an array of values that describes an exponential curve calculated in regression analysis to fit the data in chemical analysis results and In vivo results of TME,true amino acids, calcium and phosphorus digestibility, use the basic data in feed ingredients database to examine its accuracy,results shows that the most ideal predictor in regression equation for TME and arginine, histidine, tryptophan and phenylalanine,tyros-ine, leucine, isoleucine is neutral detergent fiber.
