In order to study effect of Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb growth and physiologicalcharacteristics changes in different nitrogen levels, test set5treatment that every plantnitrogen(NH4NO3)amount was N1(control):0g; N2:10g; N3:20g; N4:30g; N5:40g,plot experimental design with three replications, optional two-year-old euonymus and plantingdensity as30×30cm, test studied Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb growth, leaf pigmentcontent, photosynthesis, protective enzymes, soluble protein, conductivity, water contentchanges in fertilize, the results showed that:1. Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb height N4treatment in Maximum values andhigher than N1,N2,N3,N4treatment26.40cm、21.36cm、16.27cm、9.42cm, June toSeptember N4treatment significantly higher than the control;2.N4treatment chlorophyll a content in May to September higher than control26.18%、60.67%、42.45%、42.98%、44.56%,June to September significantly higher than thecontrol; compared with the control chlorophyll b content were increased76.06%、60.67%、78.04%、42.98%、44.56%and significantly higher than the control in May to August; N4treatment total chlorophyll content were higher than the control44.12%、60.67%、55.88%、42.98%、44.56%and throughout the test period were significantly higher than the control.3. N4treatment compared with the control that net photosynthetic rate were increasedby12.70%、82.05%、68.63%、58.78%、149.70%in May to September and significantly higherthan the control in June to September; compared with the control transpiration rate wereincreased38.18%、135.31%、105.36%、45.99%、68.53%and significantly higher than thecontrol in June to September; compared with the control stomatal conductance wereincreased13.77%、103.88%、29.65%、43.81%、20.71%and significantly higher than the controlduring the whole experiment; intercellular CO2concentration were decreased20.56%、30.90%、36.73%、23.76%、22.32%and have significant differences between the control in June toSeptember;4. N4treatment SOD activity from May to September were higher than the control70.81%、113.42%、43.12%、44.34%、13.67%and May to August with significant difference between control; June to September POD activity were higher than the control15.61%、52.75%、12.61%、38.24%and significant differences between the control in July and September, PPOactivity from May to September were higher than the control25.81%、44.68%、92.36%、84.67%、46.53%and June to September was significantly higher than the control;5. Fertilization can promote Euonymus soluble protein content increased and N4treatmentwas the highest value and May to September were higher than the control23.81%,92.45%,107.46%,70.37%,83.33%and significantly different from June to September; All fertilizationtreatments will affect Euonymus conductivity, except in June outside, N4conductivity werelower than the control treatment.
