The Chirita eburnea Hance belongs to Gesneriaceae Chirita, mainly produced in Guangxi, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan and Guizhou, live in the lime estone or under the wood, people always use it as herbs to treat the cough. The only way to get Chirita eburnea Hance, at present, collect the wild resources. None study is for the Chirita eburnea Hance cultivation. This study used the6months seedling age plants which propagated by tissue culture as the experimental material, treated under different temperature and different light treatments, then, observe the recovery of physiology response. The article armed to supply the theory which can used to plant the Chirita eburnea. Hance as ornamental.The results as follows:1. Treated the material under5℃for12h,24h, and36h respectively, and then moved back to room temperature for24h,48h to observe the recovery. The physiological indexes such as chlorophyll fluorescence were measured. The results showed that Fv/Fm decreased along with the increasing of chilling time and could be recovered to normal level after chilling. Water content of leaves had a slight descending trend. The relative conductivity increased with the increasing of low temperature treating time and could decrease during the recovery. SOD activity and MDA content increased along with the treating duration and could recover gradually. The continuous36h5℃low temperature treatment caused a certain physiological stress, but not critical damage, the young plants of Chirita eburnea Hance can recover to normal growth.2. Treated the material under40℃for24h,48h, and72h respectively, with the light/night time16h and8h each, then observe the results of physiology response. The results showed that Fv/Fm decreased along with the increasing of heat time. Water content of leaves had a slight descending trend. The relative conductivity increased with the increasing of high temperature treating time, SOD activity decrease along with the treating duration, MDA content increased first, then down.3. Dealed the material under three light, greenhouse with whole light、 greenhouse added a flashing and in the house, measured the indexes once a month, lasted4months. The results showed that chlorophyll content increased with the decreased light intensity in the first2months, then down. The Chla/Chlb decreased with the treatment. The water content increased with the decreased light intensity and the processing time, but the specific leaf weight decreased. With the light intensity down the ETR decreased, so with the treatment time lasted. Through the leaf anatomical structure, we can find that the leaf became thin, the palisade parenchyma became thin too and the spongy cell increased. The number of the stomas decreased with the decreased light intensity in the lower epidermis.
