Pleurotus geesteranus belongs to Basidiomycetes subphylum, Agaricals, Pleurotaceae, Pleurotus. P. geesteranus is a high-quality edible fungi for tasted delicious and nutrient-rich. P. geesteranus is fevored by the consumers and market, On the other hand, the area under cultivation of P. geesteranus has been increased all these years and broad development prospects. Since the mushrooms are capable of decomposing lignocellulose, variety of lignocellulosic materials, such as paddy straw, hardwood sawdust, soybean straw, cotton stalks, hazelnut husk,pigeon pea stalks and sugar cane discards were studied and found to be feasible for mushroom cultivation. And thus provide a scientific basis for the breeding work of new quality varieties of P. geesteranus. But it was so late that China introducted and cultivated it and short of relation study of it. In this study, we used taw-energy nitrogen ion beam to mutagenized P. geesteranus and compared with the yield, biological effects and nutritional value of the strains, a new P. geesteranus has been filtered by thus work.The main results were followed:1. By design different medium to screen out the optimal stock culture medium of P. geesteranus.:potato,200g; sucrose20g; agar20g; KH2PO4;2g, MgSO4,0.5g; peptone,3g.2. Using L9(34) orthogonal design method and the range analysis showed that when the fermentation period was5d, optimal liquid culture conditions for P. geesteranus is:initial pH7.5, culture temperature28℃,5%inoculum dose,180rpm,3. We can found that by different doses of ion beam injection, the strains survival rate was changed with the increase of ion implantation dose, firstly, it decreased rapidly and then improved, finally it decreased again. Just like a "saddle type" curve. Grow fastest is XZ-004, reached7.64mm/d, The slowest is XZ-003.4. By comparing the yield of P. geesteranus grown on different substrates. Which the BE was significantly higher than the others for XZ-003. The highest yield and biological efficiency of two flushs yield reached to86.81±6.04g/bag and75.16± 7.64g/bag respectively, the BE was80.98%. The lowest was XZ-002which BE was51.76%. And the content reached to24.44±0.61%and14.28±0.84%respectively, and has significant difference. The highest protein content strain is XZ-004, the highest and lowest fat content strain are XZ-005and XZ-001.5. Inoculated the strain XZ-003into the G. biloba substrates, the mycelium growth speed increased2.50%compared with the cotton seed hulls cultivation. Then, the yeild of mushroom increased3.67%, the flavonoids in mushroom increased21.76%. The optimal culture medium:Cotton seed hull,73%; G. biloba leaves,10%; Wheat bran,15%; CaSO4and CaCO31%respectively.6. The biomass of each strains were different, XZ-003got the most as it was0.637g/100mL。The mycelium biomass achieved the maximum value of0.026mg/mL in the first5d. Fermentation broth color changed from brownish yellow to clarification golden yellow and produced the unique aromatic odor during the whole fermentation process. The result of comparative cultivating of P. geesteranus showed that the preparing time of submerged spawn was7-8days shorter than that of the solid spawn.
