| Bast fiber mulching film which is made of liner fibers and other plants fibers has been applied in avariety of crops. Bast fiber mulching film is not only pollution-free but also increase soil fertilited.Currently there has not been a systematic report about the change law of soil nutritions and the fertilizerabsorption rule of crop at each period of crop growth. In order to identify the effects of bast fibermulching film on the change law of soil nutritions and the fertilizer absorption rule of Chinese cabbage,the comparison tests of bast fiber mulching film, plastic film and no coverage had been conducted withmeasuring soil properties and plant growth at different period of cabbage growth. The results are asfollows:(1) After Chinese cabbages were harvested, soil organic matter was decreased. Once harvested, all kindsof soil available nutrition were decreased, among them, soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen reduced by16.55mg/kg,17.63mg/kg and11.87mg/kg; soil available phosphorus reduced by15.31mg/kg,7.20mg/kg and3.90mg/kg; soil available potassium reduced by48.20mg/kg,49.31mg/kg and37.65mg/kgin the treatments of bast fiber mulching film, plastic film covering and no coverage.(2) Bast fiber mulching film could enhance soil temperature and water contents, while it reduced soilpH. After Chinese cabbages were harvested, the number of soil bacterium, actinomyce and fungi in thebast fiber mulching film treatment all became higher, compared to no coverage treatment. The soilurease activity in the treatment of bast fiber mulching film and plastic film were both lower than that ofno coverage, on the contrary, the activities of soil acid phothatase and invertase were higher than that ofno coverage after Chinese cabbages were harvested.(3) Using bast fiber mulching film could significantly increase the yield of Chinese cabbage. Comparedwith no coverage, bast fiber mulching film treatment could increase yield by81.97%. Compared withno coverage, bast fiber mulching film treatment could significantly increase dry matter accumulationand nutritions accumulation in organs of Chinese cabbage. Compared with no coverage, bast fibermulching film treatment could significantly increase total leaf areas by48.85%and significantlyincrease number of leaves by13.85%.(4) Reducation of soil organic matter has significantly positive correlation with soil temperature and thenumbers of bacterium. Reduction of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen has positive correlation with soiltemperature and significantly positive correlation with the number of actinomyce. The accumulation ofnutritions and dry matter has positive correlation with soil temperature and bacterium. The total leafareas and leaf numbers of Chinese cabbage also have positive correlation with soil temperature and thenumber of bacterium.(5) The yield of Chinese cabbage has significantly positive correlation with soil temperature in0cm(r=0.858) and10cm(r=0.751); also significantly positive correlation with the number of soilbacterium(r=0.705), fungi(r=0.835) and actinomyce(r=0.975). In addition, the yield of Chinese cabbagehas significantly positive correlation with nutritions accumulation(Nã€Pã€K) and dry matter accumulationin the full plant(r=0.978ã€0.979ã€0.945ã€0.976), and has positive correlation with total leaf areas and the number of total leaves(r=0.681ã€0.759).Yields of Chinese cabbage was significantly positive correlation with reduction of soil organicmatter (r=0.769), was highly significant positive correlation with reduction of soil alkali-hydrolyzalenitrogen (r=0.906) and soil available potassium (r=0.814) in soil.Bast fiber mulching film is characterized by its thermal insulation and increasing soil microbes.Sound soil environment plays an essential role of decomposed nutritions, accumulated matter andnutritions of crops, thus yields being enhanced. |
