The paper studies plant-endogenous and rhizosphere soil microbial diversity in Tangtsinia nanchuanica which is an endangered rare plant with the traditional cultural method,16S rRNA gene technique and18SrRNA gene technique.(1)52endophytic bacteria strains are separated from roots, stems and leaves of Tangtsinia nanchuanica.27endophytic bacteria strains are totally separated from roots ofTangtsinia nanchuanica and the number of separated endophytic bacteria is relatively big. Dominant fungi include6bacteria stains of Bacillus and5bacteria strains of Paenibacillus in total;15endophytic bacteria strains are totally separated from stems, whereinthe dominant fungus include7bacteria strains of Bacillus;10endophytic bacteria strains are totally separated from leaves.(2)70bacteria are totally separated from rhizosphere and loose soil of Tangtsiniananchuanica, wherein46bacteria strains are separated from rhizosphere soil,24bacteria strains are separated from loose soil. Among them, there are4potential new bacteriastrains.(3)9endophytic fungi with16bacterial strains are totally separated from roots ofTangtsinia nanchuanica, wherein there are2symbiotic fungus strains which belong toRhizoctonia.
