Research On Diversity Of Root Endophytic Fungi And Rhizosphere Fungi Of Several Orchids

Orchid is the general term of Orchidaceae and it’s a kind of important plant resources. Orchid must form mycorrhiza with fungi to grow and development. The mycorrhizal fungi of Orchidaceae belongs to the category of endophytic fungi, so the research of the diversity of Orchidaceae and endophytic fungi is very important to the protection of orchid.In this experiment, a part of samples are wild orchids that collected from Changbai Mountain area and the Wutai Mountain of Hebei Province and the other part are orchids cultivated in greenhouse. In this paper, we will analyze two aspects. One is the wild orchid diversity of fungi in the rhizosphere soil and endophytic fungi of the root. The other is whether greenhouse cultivation environment will impact the diversity of orchid genus endogenous fungus in China. Conclusions of this paper are as follows.1.270 fungi had been isolated from the samples. We preliminarily classified the endogenous fungi into three divisions, twenty-four genuses and eighty-five species in the ITS sequence analysis.2.We isolated Tulasnella calospora from the plants of wild Oreorchis sp. and Tulasnella sp. from the plants of Cymbidium goeringii in greenhouse cultivation environment.3.The species of orchid will affect the diversity of the endophytic fungi. The endophytic fungi diversity of different orchid collected from the same place is different. The endophytic fungi diversity of same orchid collected from different places is different.4.The diversity of orchid endophytic fungi is affected by the change of the environment. The number of orchid endophytic fungi cultivated in greenhouse is different with the wild condition.
