Objective: To study serum PSA indicator (f/T-PSA, PSAD) and CETRUS (contrast-enhancedtransrectal ultrasound) in diagnosis of prostate cancer.Material and Methods:97serum PSA elevated patients had fPSA (free prostate specificantigen) and T-PSA (total prostate specific antigen), ultrasonic measurement for three size(Long, Wide, Height), including59cases carry through CETRUS (contrast-enhancedtransrectal ultrasound) before biopsy, observe perfusion characteristics of prostate tissue andrecording video of whole perfusion process, then applicate post-processing software QLAB toanalysis saved video.Results:1. It can be thought that prostate cancer patients’ age of onset are older than benignprostate hyperplasia group, PSAD in prostate cancer group are higher than benign prostatehyperplasia group.2.f/T-PSA in prostate cancer group (0.14) are lower than benign prostate hyperplasiagroup (0.21).3. AT (arrival time), TTP (time to peak), ACT (acceleration time) in prostate cancergroup are shorter than benign prostate hyperplasia group, absolute enhance intense(△P I=PI-BI) in prostate cancer group are higher than the benign prostate hyperplasia group.4. Time of half strength in time intensity curve (TIC) of prostate cancer group are shorterthan benign prostate hyperplasia group.Conclusion:1. By CETRUS (contrast-enhanced transrectal ultrasound) of prostate canobtain multiple tissue perfusion parameters which have great important meaning indifferential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases, the AT(arrival time),TTP(time to peak), ACT(accelerate time), T1/2(time of half intensity) of prostate cancerpatients are apparently shorter than benign prostate hyperplasia patients while absoluteenhance intense (△PI=PI-BI) higer than the latter.2. When using f/T PSA equal to or less than0.14as cutoff point for diagnose prostatelesions malignant, the sensitivity is higher (0.65) while false positive rate is lower (0.32); takePSAD greater than or equal to0.31as cutoff point in diagnose prostate lesions malignant, thesensitivity is higher (0.77) while false positive rate is lower (0.26).
