Objective:To analyze the correlation between the parameters and the diagnosis of prostate cancer, which obtained by TR-CEUS time-intensity curve(TIC),and explore the diagnostic value of TIC parameters for prostate cancer. And to evaluate the correlation between the quantitative parameters and T-PSA,F-PSA,prostate specific antigen density(PSAD),Gleason score, prostate MRI imaging reporting and data system(PI-RADS)score of the prostate cancerMethods:This was retrospective clinical study, which analyzed a total of 107 patients with suspicious prostate cancer who treated in Nanchong Central Hospital and met the inclusion exclusion criteria during the period from June 2018 to December 2019.Twelve-core systematic biopsy and suspicious nodule biopsy were performed under the guidance of ultrasound after all the patients completed the TR-CEUS and prostate MRI examination during hospitalization. The subjects were divided into benign prostatic hyperplasia group and prostate cancer group according to pathological results. The clinical relevant data were registered, including T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,PI-RADS scores of all patients, and Gleason scores of prostate cancer patients. In addition,Using the TR-CEUS with TIC software to obtain five quantitative parameters of contrast:peak intensity(PI),baseline intensity(B),time to peak(TTP),area under the curve(AUC),gradient(Grad).Statistical analysis of the collected data.Comparing the differences of quantitative parameters between benign prostatic hyperplasia group and prostate cancer group. And analyzing the correlation between T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score,PI-RADS score and parameters in the prostate cancer group.Results:(1)Of the 107 patients included in this study,55 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia and 52 cases of prostate cancer were confirmed by biopsy.Analysis of the contrast parameters showed that:? The differences of PI,TTP,AUC,Grad between benign prostate hyperplasia group and prostate cancer group were statistically significant(P<0.05).And PI,AUC,Grad of the former were smaller than the latter, while TTP was opposite; There was no significant difference in B between the two groups(P>0.05);? The difference of PI between Gleason score 3+4=7 and Gleason score 4+3=7 in prostate cancer group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the former was lower than the latter. But the B,AUC,TTP and Grad had no statistical significance(P>0.05);(2)After analyzing the correlation between the quantitative parameters and T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score,PI-RADS score in the prostate cancer group found that:? The parameter PI was positively correlated with T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score(r=0.639,P<0.001;r=0.515,P<0.001;r=0.513,P<0.001;r=0.666,P<0.001;r=0.570,P<0.001);?The parameter AUC was positively correlated with T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score(r=0.588,P<0.001;r=0.497,P<0.001;r=0.545,P<0.001;r=0.627,P<0.001;r=0.529,P<0.001);?The parameter Grad was positively correlated with T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score(r=0.582,P<0.001;r=0.536,P<0.001;r=0.559,P<0.001;r=0.593,P<0.001,r=0.514,P<0.001);?The parameter TTP was negatively correlated with T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score(r=-0.546,P<0.001;r=-0.391,P=0.004;r=-0.408,P=0.003;r=-0.592,P<0.001;r=-0.443,P=0.001);?The parameter B was no significant correlation with T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score(P>0.05);Conclusion:Quantitative parameters obtained through TR-CEUS TIC had certain value in the preliminary differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases. The parameters PI,AUC,Grad, and TTP could indirectly reflect T-PSA,F-PSA,PSAD,Gleason score, and PI-RADS score, which had certain clinical value in inferring the differentiation and invasion of prostate cancer and assessing its malignant degree.
