| Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of pancreatic duct stoneMethods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from1990January to2012December,31cases of pancreatic duct stones were treated by surgical operation. The pancreatic duct lithotomy, pancreatic-jejunal side Roux-en.Y anastomosis in25cases, including3cases of pancreatic fibrosis due to lower end of common bile duct obstructive jaundice due to compression of the common bile duct jejunum anastomosis, among1patients with pancreatic head carcinoma caused by obstructive jaundice who also underwent common bile duct empty intestinal anastomosis; the resection of body and tail of pancreas, pancreatic stump into the jejunum Roux-en-Y anastomosis in4cases with end; pancreas duodenum resection in2cases.Results:in this group,1cases of pancreatic anastomotic leakage,30cases had no operation complication. Upper abdominal pain, abdominal pain in25cases disappeared after operation,6cases with ease. In10patients with diabetes mellitus (5of them were followed up for more than2years),6cases of normal blood glucose recovery. In5cases with fatty diarrhea, steatorrhea disappeared in2cases,1were alleviated,2cases had no obvious change. There were6cases of acute pancreatitis history of attack,1cases of postoperative recurrent acute pancreatitis by non operation treatment.Conclusion:1, pancreatic duct lithotomy, pancreatic-jejunal anastomosis of lateral Roux-en-y for treatment of pancreatic duct stone is the main way of2ã€The positive rate of biopsy for the pancreatic tissue with low preoperative imaging highly suspected pancreatic cancer, can be directly resection operation.3〠Pancreatic duct stone operation helps diabetes mellitus improvement... |
