Chinese native medicines are affirmation by the majority of patients in ourcountry due to low side effects, cheap price and small curative effect, But we oftenfound many claimed pure chinaese Chinese native medicines on the market there areillegally added ingredients of western medicine. Adding chemicals to the Chinesenative medicine without authorization, or even casual usage increase or decrease, inspite of the adverse drug reaction, if patients in unwitting circumstance, using a lotof these drugs for a long time, may cause serious consequences. This study choseseven clinical commonly used drugs to cough and asthma are clenbuterol, mabuterol, ractopamine, mapenterol, clenproperol, cimaterol and cibuterol, established a seriesof rapid detection of HPLC-DAD confirmed structure method and HPLC-MSDmethod. In this paper, the concrete content includes the following three parts:1.Determination of β-Adrenocepter Agonist Like Clenbuterolon with molecularlyimprinted solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography. Objectives:To establish a method for determination the content of β-Adrenocepterwith molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquidchromatography.Methods:.The analysis was carried on Hypersil C18chromatographic columnC18(250×4.6mm,5μm) column; The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrilel and0.1%trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution (with ammonia to adjust pH to2.5); the detectionwavelength was at245nm、276nm and the flow rate was1.0mL·min-1;columntemperature was at25℃; injection volume is20μL.Results:The limit of detection were between2.0μg·Kg-1and4.0μg·Kg-1,and the linearrange were between0.4μg·mL-1and41.1μg·mL-1,the average recovery ofchoramphenicol were between68.8%and106.3%.Conclusions:The method is a convenient, sensitive and accurate, which can be meetthe requirements for residue determination.2.Study on the structural identification of β-Adrenocepter Agonist Like Clenbuterolon in chinese traditional medicines. Objectives:To establish a method for identificationn of β-Adrenocepter Agonist LikeClenbuterolon in chinese traditional medicines, on the basis of HPLC-DAD method. Methods:The mass spectrometer was operated in the negetive ionization electrospraymode using auto monitoring for quality and quantification analysis of β-Agonists.The analysis was carried on a Hypersil BDS C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)column;The mobile phase was composed of methanol and water;the flow rate was0.8mL·min-1;20%liquid outlet tap into mass spectrometry detector; And collect datain ESL/MS positive ion mode, and the monitoring mode for all reactions (Auto)monitoring. Results:The limit of detection(LOD) was betwen0.1μg·Kg-1and0.4μg·Kg-1Conclusions:The method is a convenient, sensitive and accurate, which can be meetthe requirements for residue determination.3.Determination of Clenbuterol hydrochloride with Molecularlyimprinted solidphase extractio-high performance liquidchromatography in Qinganchuangdingtabella.Abstract Objective: To establish a method for determination of clenbuterolhydrochloride in Qinganchuanding with mo-lecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The analysis wascarried on a Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5m)column; The mobile phase was composed of0.1%TFA (adjust the pH to2.5withNH4OH) and Acetonnitrile (80∶20); the detection wavelength was245nm and theflow rate was1.0mL.min-1;column temperature was at room temperature. Results: The linear range was0.4ug.ml-1~40ug.ml-1(r=0.999) for clenbuterolhydrochloride, the average recovery of clenbuterol hydrochloride was103.00%.Conclusion: This method issimple, rapid and accurate....
