ObjectiveTo probe into the change of the cardiac function before and after anesthesia by contrastingand analysising the left heart echocardiography in the patients with normal blood pressure andhypertension, in order to take a more reasonable treatment scheme of anesthesia.MethodsEighteen patients with normal blood pressure and nineteen patients with hypertension wereinvolved. Before and after endotracheal intubation of general anesthesia induction, images wereobtained by two-dimensional echocardiography using ultrasound (HI VISION PREIRUS,Hitachi Medical Corporation). All individuals underwent conventional echocardiographicexamination. Color tissue tracking (CTT)method was applied to display and analyzed the strainand strain rate of left ventricular short-axis views at the levels of basal segment、middlesegment、apical segment to evaluate left ventricle systolic function. Using pulse spectrumdoppler of the mitral valve orifice and tissue doppler of the mitral valve annulus evaluate leftventricular diastolic function. Left atrial volme tracking(LAVT) method was applied to displayand analyzed the left atrial volume loop imaging on apical two-chamber and four-chamberviews to evaluate left atrial function. Tei index was evaluated the left ventricular globalfunction. Compare and analysis the left atrial and left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, and left ventricular global function before and after anesthesia.Results1、Compared with the normal blood pressure group, E peak、E/A、Ea peak、Ea/Aa were lowerand A peak were taller、(P<0.05); LAVpEF decreased (P<0.05); LAVIa、LAVaEF、dv/dtAand Tei index increased(P<0.05)in hypertension group; but no significant differences werefound in left ventricular systolic function between two groups.2、 E peak and Aa peak were lower (P<0.05) in normal blood pressure group afteranesthesia, but no significant differences were found in left ventricular systolic function、 E/A、 Ea/Aa、left atrial function、Tei index between normal blood pressure group before and afteranesthesia.3、E peak、A peak、 Aa peak、Ea peak、left atrial reservoir function、conduit function andbooster pump function decreased (P <0.05) in hypertension group after anesthesia, but therewas no statistically significant difference in left ventricular systolic function,E/A、Ea/Aa andTei index between hypertension group before and after anesthesia.Conclusions1、Compared with normal blood pressure patients, left ventricular diastolic function decreases;left ventricular systolic function and left atrial reservoir function are no difference; left atrialconduit function decreases; left atrial booster pump function increases; and Tei index decreasesin hypertensive patients.2、In normal blood pressure patients after anesthesia, left ventricular systolic and diastolicfunction、left atrial reservoir function、conduit function、booster pump function and Tei indexhave no obvious change.3、In hypertensive patients after anesthesia, left ventricular systolic function is impregnable;left ventricular diastolic function (E/A、Ea/Aa) is found no abnormalities;left atrial reservoirfunction and conduit function and booster pump function decreases.
