Objective:To explore the correlation between Kiss-1gene and TXNIP genes expression in colorectal cancer.Method:1.The expression of Kiss-land TXNIP protein was determined by immunohistochemical Elivison methods in71cases of colorectal cancer tissues and71normal tissue.2.The expression of Kiss-1and TXNIP mRNA was determined by RT-PCR method in51case of colorectal cancer tissues and normal tissuesResult:1.Immunohistochemistry result:The expression rates of Kiss-1protein was70.4%and94.4%in colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The experessional possive rate of the group with lymph node metastasis and the group without lymph node metastasis was58.06%,80.00%respectively (P <0.05). The experessional possive rate of the group with distant metastasis and the group without distant metastasis was33.33%、77.97%(P<0.01) The expression rates of TXNIP protein was59.2%、87.3%in colorectal cancer and normal tissues. The experessional possive rate of the group with lymph node metastasis and the group without lymph node metastasis was45.16%%、70.00%,respectively (P<0.05). The experessional possive rate of the group with distant metastasis and the group without distant metastasis was25.00%、66.10%,respectively (P<0.01).Correlation analysis:Kiss-1and TXNIP genes expression in colorectal cancer were positively correlated, the correlation coefficient was0.34,(P=0.004)2.RT-PCR result:The expression quality of Kiss-1mRNA and TXNIP mRNA was significantly lower in colorectal cancer tissues than in normal tissues(P<0.01),and the expression quality of the group with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), the expression quality of the group with distant metastasis was significantly lower than the group without distant metastasis (P<0.05), The difference has statistical significance. Kiss-1gene and TXNIP genes expression quality were positively correlated in colorectal cancer, the correlation coefficient r=0.44, P=0.001).Conclusions:1. The cut of Kiss-1and TXNIP genes expression may be associated with colorectal cancer invasion and metastasis.2. Kiss-1gene and TXNIP genes expression level had positive correlation.
