Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) and transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS) to neurologic function and anxiety state of post-acute cerebral infarction. To explore the the related impact factors of anxiety status of post-cerebral infarction. Methods The patients in neurology department of134cases of acute cerebral infarction in the People’s Hospital of Ning xia Autonomy from January2011to December2012,who were in line with the1995Fourth National Symposium on Cerebrovascular Disease revised diagnostic criteria and HAS grade>14.After be h-ospitalized,the patient should be noted down in detail such things as age,gender,ed-ucation attainment, family income per capita, marriage and carer. The patients were a-ssigned to the control group(n=47),HBO group(n=44) and HBO combined with TMS group(n=43).The control group was given conventional drugs.HBO group was added to HBO.HBO+TMS therapy group received conventional drugs,HBO and TMS treatment. The three groups were assessed with ESS, ADL and HAS before and after the treatment of20days.Results (1)After20days,the total effective rate of the anxiety state of the co-ntrol group,HBO group and HBO combined with TMS group were separately53.19%,77.27%and90.70%. There were significant differences among the three groups (X2=16.648, P<0.05)(2)ESS in control group,HBO group and HBO combined with TMS group we-re respectively(72.15±6.62),(79.02±6.99) and (83.09±6.12),ADL were respectively (27.55±4.33),(22.55±3.72)and(19.26±3.16),and HAS were respectively (16.11±4.76),(14.16±3.62) and (12.16±4.46). There were statistical differences in scores of ESS,ADL and HAS between before and after20days’ treatment in3groups (P<0.05). There were also statistical significances among the three groups about the scores (P<0.05)(3) By the Wilcoxon rank sum test,we found the marriage, age, family income per capita and education attainment were closely related to the anxiety status(p<0.05),while the gender and carer had not a lot to do with it.Conclusion HBO in combination with TMS has a difinite clinical effect on t-reating anxiety state of post-acute cerebral infarction in short-term.It not only can improve patient’s anxiety, promote the neurologic function recovery, but also improve the quality of life of cerebral infarction patients. And there was no adverse reacti-on.
