Explore areasonably integration of electronic medical record information on medicalinstitutions in the region, make the reasonable sharing and exchange of electronicpatient record come true.Finally, extended some of the key issues likely to be encountered in a series ofinformation exchange processes, for example, spanned the temporary identity issuesthat may be encountered, the agent platform, and give a reasonable solution base onregional medical situation construction.Through studies of medical information exchange platform architecture andelectronic medical record exchange scheme, we hope to facilitate the construction ofregional health informatization, make residents’ electronic medical record information can be shared safely, reasonably and efficiently across hospitals and region, providehelp for future researchers.
