| Objective:Get the objective evaluation for the clinical effect of the New Soup for Weijing Soup Adds the Other decoction in treating elderly pneumonia (obstruct the Lung heat)and assess the security.Methods:Seventy-two cases of patients were randomly divided into two parallel groups, the tentative group and the control group. The control group was treated with conventional western therapy, while the tentative group with conventional western therapy adds the other to make up the Weijing soup Decoction. Collect the datas in clinical symptoms, related laboratory and the adverse reactions of treating process during14days. Collect the relevant data and Statistics analysis.Results:(1) the total curative effect more, the total curative effect is statistical difference (P<0.05).(2) the two groups of clinical scoring comparison, there are differences between the curative effect, the treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).(3) two groups of symptomatic integral comparison,(P<0.05, the treatment group than in control group curative effect.(4) in sickness treatment on single effect: the first two group of single symptomatic treatment situation is the difference (P>0.05), after treatment in improving the lungs computing curative effect of two quite (P>0.05); Fever, cough, sputum qualitative, fatigue, loss of appetite to improve conditions of two groups of comparisons, the treatment group than in control group (P<0.05), especially in improving fatigue, loss of appetite aspects advantage is more outstanding (P<0.01).(5) in the treatment of symptomatic work on time:treatment group in the fever, cough expectorant and better than control group (P<0.05); Two groups in improving fatigue, loss of appetite, lung signs of disease works on time treatment group (P>0.05).(6) laboratory efficacy analysis:two groups of X-ray chest radiograph infiltration after treatment efficacy of comparison, P>0.05, the two groups after treating lung inflammation in promoting absorption is quite; Compare the sputum cultures chi-square test, P<0.05, explain in anti-infection treatment process, the treatment group is better, two groups before and after treatment white blood count and the neutrophilic granulocyte count comparison, two groups of the abnormal all effective treatment (P<0.05), the treatment effect is fairly (P>0.05). two groups before and after treatment c-reactive protein content of comparison, two groups of c-reactive protein content of abnormal treatment all have effect (P<0.05), the treatment group is more effective than the control group (P<0.05).(7) two groups before and after treatment sputum cultures is bacteria, two groups of infection are effective treatment (P<0.05), and the bacteria in similar effect, but clearance rates than the control group in treatment group vulnerable to double infection rates.(8) safety index and adverse reaction observation:two groups before and after treatment, liver, kidney function, urine analysis, move bowels regular power field comparative analysis were not significantly difference (P>0.05), the general medical examination and electrocardiogram project before and after treatment basic same, adverse reactions two groups was statistically significant (P>0.05), indicating that the two groups of drug use was relatively safe.Conclusion:It is safety and effective that the New Soup for Weijing Soup Adds the Other Decoction for elderly pneumonia (obstruct the Lung heat) was better curatively effect. It can enhance the clinical treatment always to reveal the efficiency and the clinical curative effect, improves the cough, the phlegm color symptom effectively, reduces gives off heat, the cough time, promotes the sternum inflammation absorption, promotes the C response protein to restore normally, eliminates the germ effectively, the control infection, also has the possibility to reduce the double infection and so on not the good event the occurrence, the curative effect good in the pure western medicine treatment. |
