At present continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) has been widely used for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS), but part of the patients with OSAS by CPAP therapy, when obstructive apnea events eliminated, central sleep apnea(CSA) and Chey-stokes respiration(CSR) is increasing, we call this sleep-related breathing disorder for complex sleep apnea syndrom (CompSAS). But, its concept, mechanism, treatment has not yet fully understood, this paper reviews the scholars at home and abroad in recent years to CompSAS research progress. |
