| Objective:To investigate the levels of Th17cells and T reg cell’s transcription factors RORyt/Foxp3and expore their role in pathogenesis in patients with pre-eclampsia.Methods:Mononuclear cells were obtained from peripheral blood samples of normal pregnant women and patients with preeclampsia, total RNA was abstracted, SYBR Green I fluorescence quantitative PCR was used in the study, β-actin was used as an internal control gene to detect the expression levels of FoxXP3mRNA and RORyt mRNA.Results:Compared with control group, the expression levels of Foxp3mRNA in severe preeclampsia group were lower, the two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the expression levels of RORyt m RNA were higher, and the two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the ratio of RORyt mRNA/Foxp3mRNA were higher, and the two groups had statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of RORyt mRNA in peripheral blood of patients with preeclampsia increases, while the expression of Foxp3mRNA decreases, and the ratio of RORyt mRNA/Foxp3mRNA increases in this diseas, which indicates imbalance of Th17/T reg. |
