Objective:Analysis NKT cells subtypes and its surface receptors, research in peripheral blood and CD8+NKT cells NKT subsets in patients with esophageal patients and the expression level and normal NKT.NKT cells altered actiity, discusses the receptor and the clinical stages of correlation and their clinical significance.Methods:Using CD3, CD56, CD4and CD8antibody to study the NKT cells and its subsets. Peripheral NKT cell subsets in59patients with esophageal carcinoma were analysed by flow cytometer. The statistical method of T was executed by SPSS13.0software and all the data was expressed in(x±s).Results:(1)53patients with esophageal cancer patients and NKT cells subsets CD8+NKT expression above health in control group (P<0.01), show NKT cells in esophageal patients high expression, enrich the NKT cells early again whether in is entity malignant tumor or non entity malignant tumor patients were significantly increased research, reflects the patient organisms antineoplastic effect of immune feedback reinforcement;(2)Esophageal patients compared with normal controls peripheral NKT cells surface receptors, NKG2D express proportion is reduced, and the increase of the proportion NKG2A expression;(3)NKT cells esophageal patients two surface receptor expression and illness progress has certain correlation, develop as the illness, Ⅲ-Ⅳ period NKT surface activation sex receptor NKG2D below Ⅰ- Ⅱ stage patients, and its inhibitory receptor NKG2A heighten Ⅰ-Ⅱ period patients, advanced esophageal patients NKT cells activation sex receptors, activation sexual signals reduce is more apparent, inhibitory receptors, inhibitory NKT cells, signal increase overall immune monitoring role further reduce, tumor cells to occur, illness deteriorated further immune escape.Conclusion:Compared with the normal control group, esophageal patients peripheral NKT cells expressed increased (P<0.01) and NKG2D NKT cells surface expression of reducing the proportion NKG2A express ratio increased (P<0.05), and the changes in proportion and of esophageal cancer progression relevant, both express ratio imbalance may be immune to escape the mechanism of esophageal patients of one.
