| 【objective】: Ordinary steel plate internal fixation, intramedullary nail fixation,MIPPO technology combined with LCP plate internal fixation of tibial fracturestreated by three methods advantages and disadvantages, to find out a method oftreatment of tibial fractures is more appropriate and better services for clinic.【methods】: Collection of shanxi medical university first affiliated hospitalnearly five years (2007.12012.12) treated by included in standard cases of tibialfractures, according to its operation method which can be divided into normalpressure plate in treatment group, interlocking intramedullary nail in treatment group,MIPPO technology combined with LCP plate in treatment group. And then usestatistical methods statistics of each group of intraoperative and postoperative patientswith a variety of indicators to compare the advantages and disadvantages of threemethods.【results】: With cases,108cases of tibial fractures, ordinary steel group40cases,intramedullary nail group36cases,32cases of MIPPO group. Intramedullary nailingwith MIPPO group the incision size, blood loss, fracture healing time did not seeobvious difference, no statistical significance, but the two groups with significantdifference compared with normal steel group, with statistical significance.Intramedullary nail group with MIPPO technology combined with LCP plate ofpostoperative knee function of ankle joint is comparative difference is small, nostatistical significance.【conclusion】: three methods of internal fixation surgery is now the mosteffective treatment of tibial fractures of three methods, but the intramedullary nail fixation with MIPO technology combined with LCP plate internal fixation treatmentof tibial fractures with small trauma, less bleeding, fracture healing time is short, fullyshows the superiority of biological fixation, is a better internal fixation of tibialfractures treated method and choose operation method, according to the type offracture and the doctor’s experience. |
