Objective:To investigate the menopause underwent prophylactic oophorectomy towomen in recent observation preoperative and postoperative three months after12months in patients with in vivo blood estrogen,follicle stimulating hormone,testosteronechanges.Methods:Maternity Hospital due to benign uterine disease in postmenopausalDecember2010to2011March line prophylactic bilateral oophorectomy patients after31cases in patients aged52years old to72years old,according to years sincemenopause in patients will divided into three groups,group A:1<years since menopause≤3years, group B:<3years since menopause≤10years, group C:years sincemenopause>10years. The modified Kupperman score table on thepatients withpreoperative and postoperative6-12months of issuing the survey score sheet forself-ratings.Three groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative3months aftersurgery12months of the determination of hormone levels,including estrogen (E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T).Statistical test and the modifiedKupperman score sheet and measured hormonelevel value.Results:The patients were followed up29cases of valid information,preoperativeand postoperative Kupperman score groups:group A,B,postoperative total Kuppermanscore was significantly higher than preoperative (P <0.000),in which hot flasher,sweating,insomnia,fatigue,palpitations,dizziness,musculoskeletal pain, urinarysymptoms was significantly higher than before,with a preoperative score of thedifference was statistically significant.Group C Kupperman score no significantpostoperative musculoskeletal pain, palpitations, urinary tract symptoms andpreoperative difference was statistically significant (P <0.5). Between the two groups before surgery:preoperative groups before suigery:preoperative group C and group Apreoperative palpitations difference was statistically significant,statistically significantgroup C and group Apreoperative urinary symptoms.Three groups of patients withhormone levels:group A E2,FSH,T3months after surgery than before surgerysignificantly reduced the difference was statistically significant.Group B E23monthsafter surgery than before surgery significantly reduced,the diffference was statisticallysignificant.E2and T value were shown to reduce hormone levels,after three months and12months tended to increase.FSH after suigery increased significantly3months,12months declined slightly,but still higher than the level before afer.Conclusion: The menopause underwent prophylactic ppphorectomy menopausalsymptoms still affect,in particular,years since menopause <3years in patients withpostmenopausal symptoms get wore.Three groups of patients with estrogen (E2),testosterone (T) show a downward trend compared with the preoperative, folliclestimulating hormone (FSH)compared with the preoperative,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)compared with the preoperative upward trend,but <3years of the menopausehormone levels in patients with changes.
