Objective:To explore the correlation among Serum testosterone levels、Prostate androgen receptor expression and prostate cancer clinical progress, provide theoretical basis for the choice of clinical individualized treatment plan.Methods:(1) A group of24patients with prostate cancer, and the control group of24patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, All data and pathologic specimens of cases from April2010~April2012without drug therapy in Inner Mongolia medical university, third affiliated hospital. all patients with preoperative serum testosterone, serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) test. for suspected prostate cancer patients need to do prostate MRI、bone scan、by transrectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy. Control group pathological specimens of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia for postoperative via the urethra prostate electricity cut. Experimental group and control group of tissue specimen pathological morphology and prostatic androgen receptors (AR) immunohistochemical staining, parallel processing of statistics.Result:1、Experimental group serum testosterone value3.46±0.56ng/ml,the control serum testosterone value5.16±0.81ng/ml, experimental group serum testosterone level lower than the control group, But there was no significant difference (P=0.078);2、The experimental group serum testosterone levels and J-W negatively correlated with clinical stage, the correlation coefficient for-0.249, P<0.01, suggesting lower testosterone value, the late clinical stage;3、 Patients serum testosterone levels and pathological grading Gleason score also shows significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient for-0.343, P<0.01);4、Experimental group AR expression in prostate tissue positive rate is higher than the control group (79.2%vs75%, P< 0.05), the difference has statistical significance;5、Group AR expression positive rate in the prostate tissue with J-W negatively correlated with clinical stage, Early of AR expression is higher than in late prostate cancer tissue;6、Group AR expression in prostate tissue were positive correlated with pathological grading Gleason score, AR expression positive rate in high, medium and low differentiation cancer100%,86.7%and50%, respectively, by the X2test, P=0.036(<0.05), the higher the positive expression of AR, the differentiation of prostate cancer, the better;7、The Spearman rank correlation analysis, experimental group and control group of serum testosterone levels and no significant relationship between PSA level.Conclusion:1、Prostate cancer patients serum testosterone levels and J-W significantly negative correlated to the clinical stage, pathological grading and Gleason score was significantly negative correlation, also hint:testosterone level is lower, the higher the degree of malignant prostate cancer;2、AR expression in prostate tissue and J-W clinical stage significantly negative correlated, pathological grading and Gleason score was significantly negative correlation, also note:the lower androgen receptor expression levels, late clinical stage, the higher Gleason score, the higher the degree of malignant prostate cancer.
