Observation On The Efficacy Of EA At Jiaji Points In Treating Lumbar Disc Hermiation And The Expression Of MMP-13in Degenerated Disc

Backgrondlumbar disc herniatinon(LDH) is one of the most common causes of the low back pain, is a kind of syndrome due to the intervertebral disc degeneration, bulgin, herniated oppressive nerve root, horsetail nerve stimulation,which is gradually formed under the joint action of the genetic susceptibility, natural factors such as aging and mechanical load, environ men tal factors such as nutrition supply barrier. Muptiple choice for clinical treatment.This study adopts a simple、randomized、eontrolled study programs designed for the scientific evaluat ion of effiacy of EA of Jiaji points in the treatment of lumbar interve rtebral diseherniation. And more over through experim ental research, to study the expression of MMP-13in degenera tion of intervertebral disc tissue,clarifing some mechanism of lumbar disc degeneration treated by the EA at jiaji points, thus providing scientific basis for the clinical application for treatment of lumbar disc degeneration.MethodIt was divided into two parts:clinical observation and experimental research.60cases meeting the criteria of lumbar disc degeneration were treated by randomized controlled group method divided into30cases of the treatment group (jiaji piont selected group)and30cases of the control group(regular piont selected grou p). All the cases donducted EA therapy, He-Ne laser therapy, ultrasonic therapy and magnetic resonance thermal treatment. According to the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine "Chinese disease diagnosis curative effect of standards" in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc disease diagnosis standard and the Chinese medicine classification standards. For the Experimental part,28Newzland white rabbits were randomly divided into4groups:normal group, sham model group, model group and treatment group, establishing the disc degenernation mode induced by the stress between the vertebral body. Treatment group is for the EA at jiajia point treatment,normal group will be fed as usual. Study the the expression of MMP-13in each group.ResultBetween the treatment group and control group,the clinical curative effect of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). JOA scores is used in the evalution of two groups of patients treated compared respectively before, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05); after treatment,the two groups comparison between JOA rating, the difference was stati stically significan(P<0.05). the number of positive cells of MMP-13in degeneration of intervertebral disc tissue increased, fluorescence intensity is enhanced; After EA treatment, number of positive cells decreased significantly,the fluorescence intensity decreases.ConclusionEA at jiaji points has a good curative effect for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, and can be used as the optimization of clinical disease treatment. EA at jiaji points can lowering the expression of MMP-13in degeneration, to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration.
