Objective:To analyze the factors affecting on early efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA).Methods:The clinical data of50acute cerebral infarction patients treated by intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA were retrospectively analyzed. Early good efficacy was defined by an4-point improvement in national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score or complete recovery at24h. The patients were divided into early effective group and ineffective group. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to determine the differences of clinical data between the two groups. Results:Univariate analysis revealed that the early improvement was significantly associated with favorable outcome at3month (P=0.001). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=1.145,95%CI1.017-1.289, P=0.025), blood glucose at baseline (OR=1.867,95%CI1.011-3.450, P=0.046) and time from onset to treatment (OR=1.019,95%CI1.002-1.036,P=0.028) were independent factors that influenced the early efficacy. Conclusion:Early improvement after thrombolytic therapy which is associated with favorable outcome at3month. Old age, high blood glucose and time from onset to treatment were independent factors that influenced the early good efficacy after intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
