PartⅠEvaluation on Function of Right Ventricular Using Real-Time Three Dimensional Echocardiography andQTVI in Patients with HypertensionObjective: To quantitatively assess Right ventricular form and function inhypertensive patients using volume-time curves on real-time three-dimensionalechocardiography and QTVI.Methods:123patients with hypertension were divided into4groups according tothe different left ventricular configuration;38normal subjects wereenrolled.GE-Dimension with3V probe was used to perform full volume real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, and the Global obtained by Tom-Tec software. The enddiastolic volume (RVEDV),end systolic volume(RVESV),Right ventricular ejectionfraction(RVEF).QTVI was used to measure the early diastolic peak velocity (Em)andlate diastolic peak velocity (Am)of lateral tricuspid annular, then calculated the Em/Am.Results:RVEDV as well as RVESV of patients with eccentric hypertrophy weresignificant higher than normal control group(P<0.01).RVEF was markedly decreased(P<0.01).Compare with normal control group,Em and Em/Am in patients withessential hypertension were significant lower(P<0.05),While patients with eccentrichypertrophy had the lowest Em and Em/Am.Conclusions:RT-3DE volume-time curves and QTVI can evaluate form andfunction of right ventricular in hypertension stage. Part ⅡEvaluation on the diastolic function of right ventricular inPatients with Hypertension with Normal Geometric LeftVentricular by real—time triplane QTVIand strain rate imagingObjective:To evaluate the diastolic function of right ventricular in patients withhypertension with normal geometric left ventricular by real-time triplane QTVI andstrain rate imaging and QTVI and to investigate its clinical significance.Methods:28patients with hypertension.44patients healthy volunteers wereenrolled, Early diastolic peak strain rate and late walls using real-time triplane strainrate imaging. Results:There was diastolic peak strain rate were measured in different rightventricular a significantly change between control group and hypertension group inmean early diastolic peak strain rate and SRe/SRa (P<0.05).Conclusions:Real-time triplane strain rate imaging is able to assess the diastolicfunction of right ventricular due to essential hypertension.
