Objective:To evaluate right ventricular systolic function in patients with differentpatterns of left ventricular by real-time tri-plane echocardio-graphy(RT-3PE)andfull-volume three dimensional echocardiography (FV-3DE).Methods:According to Ganau, all the hypertensives were classified into fourgroups:143hypertensives were enrolled.35matched normal subjects served ascontrols. The parameters of right ventricular systolic function were obtained bySimpson’s method、RT-3PE and FV-3DE.To evaluate the difference of parametersbetween cases and the control group.Results:(1)Simpson’s method showed that RVEF of group Ddecreased(P<0.05)and the value is in the normal range.(2)RT-3PE showed that RVEFof all four groups of hypertension(group A、B、C、D) is lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05).RVEF of group C is higher than group B(P<0.05).RVEF of group D issignificant lower than the control group(P<0.05)but also in the normalrange.(3)FV-3DE showed that RVEF of all four groups of hypertension(group A、B、C、D) is lower than the control group(P<0.05).RVEF of group C is higher than groupB(P<0.05)but lower than the control group. RVEF of group D is significant lower thanthe control group and also lower than the normal range. Conclusion:RT-3PE and FV-3DE can sensitively detect early systolic function ofright heart caused by primary hypertension. The sensitivity and accuracy of RT-3DE arehigher than the conventional ultrasonic. Objective:To assess the sosylic function of right ventricular in essentialhypertension patients using real-time three dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods:70patients of RVEF in normal range with EH and35normal controlswere studied. RT-3DE was performed by GE vivid7Dimention3V probe. Theparameters of right ventricular were off line assessed by Tem-Tec4D RV-functionsoftware.Results:The ejection fraction of global right ventricular, inflow and outflow in thecase group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). However, the ejection fractionof trabeculae apical myocardium didn’t show evident difference during the EH groupand the control group(P<0.05). Compared the EF of inflow、outflow and trabeculaeapical myocardium with the global RVEF. The ejection fraction of inflow and outflowwere lower than the global RVEF(P<0.05), the ejection fraction of trabeculae apicalmyocardium didn’t show evident difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:FV-3DE can evaluate the integral and regional systolic function ofright ventricular accurately.
