| Objective:Environmental pollution has become an urgent need to address the task.It has a lot of sources of environmental pollution. For example, ionizing radiation, organophosphorus pesticides,formaldehyde, xylene,cigarette smoke and etc. They would cause a hazard of the human body. The result is serious. So it is necessary to seek a Chinese patent medicine that can protect cells,repair oxidative damage, prevent chromosome breakageand the prevention of carcinogenesis for clinical. The purpose of this study is to test the ability of Bu Shen Jian Pi resistance to low-dose radiation, trichlorfon solution,lead acetate solution, formaldehyde and xylene vapors, as well as the effect of cell oxidation and distortion induced by cigarette smoke on the basis of preliminary studies. The efficacy of the study including the changes of blood lymphocytes micronucleus rate and bone marrow micronucleus rate; radical scavenging capacity and precancerous cell proliferation inhibition.This study would be open up broad prospects for clinical application of Sheng xue wan.Methods:In this experiment,900mice were randomly divided into six sections, each section were randomly divided into five groups (n=30). They included by a control group, model group1, treatment group, model group2and prophylaxis group.We adopted the simulated environmental chamber to modeling. And we adopted Methods of cell morphology,cell count and ELISA to study Sheng xue wan on impact of lung, liver, spleen cells, peripheral blood lymphocytes and bone marrow cells of mouse who exposure to low-dose irradiation, trichlorfon solution, lead acetate solution, strengthen, xylene and cigarette smoke. The detection indicators include the hydroxyl radical (OH·), superoxide anion radical (O2-·), ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) and micronucleus rate.Results:Prophylactic and restorative administration after low-dose irradiation modeling.There were significantly difference between tested groups and control group (p<0.05), but spleen cells have no difference in each index(p>0.05).Prophylactic and restorative administration after Trichlorfon modeling.There were significantly difference between tested groups and control group (p<0.05), but spleen cells and bone marrow cells have no difference in each index(p>0.05). Prophylactic and restorative administration after lead acetate modeling.There were significantly difference between tested groups and control group of liver cells’s the hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical(p<0.05).Prophylactic and restorative administration after xylene modeling.There were significantly difference between tested groups and control group (p<0.05), but bone marrow cells have no difference in each index(p>0.05).Prophylactic and restorative administration after cigarette smoke modeling.There were significantly difference between tested groups and control group of pulmonary cells (p<0.05).Conclusion:Sheng Xue Wan can effectively prevent and rehabilitate the lung cells,liver cells, Spleen cells,peripheral blood lymphocytes and bone marrow cells damaged by low-dose irradiation, trichlorfon solution, lead acetate solution strengthen, xylene and cigarette smoke.lt can prevent the formation of free radicals in mice.And it can Clear the hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical after mice modeling.It inhibition speed of cell mitosis and growth and prevent cell malignant transformation.lt can reduce the rate of chromosome breakage and avoid carcmogenesis. |
