Objective To explore the association between NEDD9gene polymorphism and the late onset Alzheimer’s disease (LOAD) and Mild cognitive impairment in Chinese han nationality.Methods93cases of late onset alzheimer’s disease (LOAD) patients, male42cases, female51cases, mean age75.1±6.4years old;67patients with mild cognitive impairment, male37cases,30were females, mean age73.7±5.5years old;the normal group hadl0l patients, male55cases,46females, mean age72.6±5.6years old. Using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology and extinction enzymes to all the research object of technology NEDD9gene mutations rs760678sites for division type, using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis, using T-text, Chi-sequare text (χ2text), one-way analysis of variance, the comparative analysis between the three groups of genotype frequency and allele frequency with age, gender relations; Comparative analysis the LOAD group and MCI group the score of MMSE scale relation. All statistical tests are P<0.05was considered statistically significant. Measurement data with mean±standard deviation ((?)±s) said.Results AD group, MCI group and the normal group three participants were genotype and allele frequency distribution which conform to the Hardy-Weinberg genetic balance law, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), further stratified by gender three groups difference between the genotypeage was not statistically significant (P>0.05), between the three groups in gender differences in genotype and allele distribution of no statistical significance(P>0.05). LOAD, MCI group in the two groups of MMSE various ratings, there was no statistically significant difference between genotype and genders(P>0.05). The LOAD distribution of genotype groups of different disease degree of difference is not significant (P>0.05), the differences in genotype distribution between the different severity of gender LOAD geoup was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion In the Chinese Han population NEDD9gene rs760678single nuclecotide polymorphism may be associated with late onset alzheimer’s disease and and mild congnitive impairment no correlation.
