Objective To explore the association between NEDD9gene polymorphism and the late onset Alzheimer’s disease (LOAD) and Mild cognitive impairment in Chinese han nationality.Methods93cases of late onset alzheimer’s disease (LOAD) patients, male42cases, female51cases, mean age75.1±6.4years old;67patients with mild cognitive impairment, male37cases,30were females, mean age73.7±5.5years old;the normal group hadl0l patients, male55cases,46females, mean age72.6±5.6years old.
