The Clinical Application Of Chemiluminescence Technology In The Early Diagnosis Of Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma

Objective:Through the detecting of a new urine bladder tumor markers which named bladder-transitional epithelial specific antigen TBC1in patients with bladder urothelial carcinoma, to preliminary assessment the early noninvasive clinical application value of chemiluminescence detection method for diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Methods:147urine specimens were collected in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University and Yunnan Province Tumor Hospital from August to the end of November in2012,which were included by56cases of urinary system benign disease,22cases of prostate cancer,18cases of kidney cancer,21cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and30cases of normal specimens. The collected urine specimens were centrifuged, then discarding the supernatant and retaining urine sediment, stockpiling them with cell freezing medium at a temperatures of minus seventy degrees celsius, After the collection of specimens, mixed and then texting them with chemiluminescence detection technology,Through the quantitative detection of chemiluminescence meter, comparing that whether the luminous value have a differenece in groups through the statistical methods, analysising the luminous value to the relation with the T-staging and grading of bladder urothelial carcinoma, preliminary assessment the diagnostic accuracy of the experiment.Results:The luminous value of the BUC group is higher than the other four groups, and there is a significant statistic differences compared to other four groups in luminous value (p <0.05). and no statistic differences between other four control groups (p>0.05).There is a correlation between the tumor stage and grading of BUC group with the RLU, and was highly correlated. The area under the ROC curve is0.948in the diagnostic test of experiment, testify a higher diagnostic accuracy.And the best diagnosis points(>23639.25) have also been found,and at this premise, the sensitivity of this experimen is up to91.7%, and specificity is88.1%.Conelusion:As a new type bladder tumor marker with a high sensitivity and specificity, Transitional epithelium specific antigen-TBC1can be used as a good indicator for the diagnosis of bladder cancer in future. chemiluminescence is a high sensitivity, convenient and fast detection technology,which can be considered as a new method in early diagnosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
