[Objective]To explore the expression and clinical significance of JAB1and RUNX3incolorectal cancer.we are planned to detect the expression of JAB1andRUNX3in colorectal cancer and corresponding paracancer cancer.[Methods](1) Use immunohistochemistry (SP method) to detect the expression of JAB1and RUNX3in74cases of colorectal cancer and correspondingparacancer tissues;(2) Analyse the relationship that between JAB1and RUNX3expression anddevelopment, degree of differentiation, clinical stage, lymph nodemetastasis and prognosis of the colorectal cancer;(3) SPSS17.0statistical package was used for statistical analysis.[Results](1) The Expression of JAB1The expression of JAB1in colorectal cancerrate was significantly higher than corresponding paracancer cancer tissues(χ~2=44.216, P <0.001); the expression of JAB1in poorly differentiatedcarcinoma was higher than that in well-differentiated (χ~2=24.054, P<0.05); the expression of JAB1in lymph node metastasis positive caseswas higher than in lymph node metastasis negative (χ~2=48.270, P <0.05);the expression of JAB1in Dukes stage C+D was significantly higher thanthat in stage A+B (χ~2=28.162, P <0.05). The correlation between theexpression of JAB1and sex, age, tumor size is not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2) The Expression of RUNX3The expression of RUNX3in correspondingparacancer cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in colorectalcancer tissue (χ~2=19.243, P<0.05). The expression of RUNX3inwell-moderately differentiated carcinoma tissue than that in poorlydifferentiated carcinoma (χ~2=14.541, P <0.05); The expression of RUNX3in lymph node negative cases was higher than that in the lymph nodemetastasis-positive cases (χ2=14.865, P<0.05); The expression of RUNX3in Dukes stage A+B was significantly higher than that in Dukes stage C+D (χ~2=25.135, P<0.05). The correlation between the expression ofRUNX3and sex, age, tumor size is not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3) The Relationship between JAB1and RUNX3The expression of JAB1and RUNX3in48moderately differentiated colorectal cancer tissues, theexpression of JAB1was positive in33cases, the expression of RUNX3waspositive for10cases;15cases of JAB1negative expression, in whichRUNX3negative expression in five cases.Categorical variables correlation analysis(cross-classification of2×2table correlation analysis) was promptedexpression of JAB1and RUNX3(χ~2=11.625, P<0.05, r=0.642).(4) The expression of JAB1and RUNX3and prognosis The positiveexpression of JAB1group,1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were81.0%,49.6%,31.0%; The negative expression of JAB1group,1-year,3-year,5-yearsurvival rate100.0%,87.5%,75.0%, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (χ~2=4.818, P=0.028). The negative expression of RUNX3group1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were98.0%,81.8%,72.3%; The negativeexpression of RUNX3group,1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates were75.4%,62.3%,45.6%, the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=21.510, P<0.001). The other factors of overall survival impacted on the prognosis ofcolorectal cancer were tumor size, extent of tumor invasion of the intestinal wall, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage.[Conclusions](1) JAB1and RUNX3was involved in the incidence of colorectalcancer、 invasion and metastasis;(2) The expression JAB1and RUNX3the expression can judge theprognosis of patients with colorectal cancer;(3) JAB1could be a new tumor marker for colorectal cancer to improvethe rate of diagnosis of colorectal cancer;...
