| Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment efficacy of bronchobiliary fistuladue to hepatic cystic echinococcosis. Methods: A retrospective evaluation of39patientsof with BBF was performed during1992to2012. In2002,the echinococcosis professionalgroup of the first teaching hospital of xinjiang medical university propose the standardizedtreatment of echinococcosis.Based on this,we can divided the39patients into twogroups(group A and group B). To conducted a retrospective analysis of the clinical data. Results:There were three deaths among the39patients of BBF due to hepatic hydatiddisease. The cause of death is septic shock due to severe infection. There were nostatistical differences in the basic information(age, gender, and duration of disease, hydatid location, operation time, blood loss, mortality results)between the group A andgroup B(P>0.05).Compared with group A, postoperative length of stay and postoperativecomplications of residual cavity (effusion, biliary fistula, infection), with tube drainageafter time, recurrence of bronchial fistula, pleural disseminated planted, reoperation ratewere lower in group B, and there were significant differences in these parametersbetween two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: Surgery is considered the best treatment ofBBF due to hepatic hydatid disease. Regardless how to choose the incision, we must graspthe operative principle, and according to the clinical types of lesions, the health status andobjective conditions of patients with systemic to choose safe, effective, simple and easyprocedure, and as far as possible to imply disposable surgical. |
