Uighur Medicine Strong Madetuliayate Honey Ointment Treatment Of Cerebral Thrombus And Its Mechanism Of Research

Objective:To investigate the effect of Uighur medicine on the changing of ICAM-1and IL-1βand the level of TNF-a in rats of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model. To study the mechanisms of Uighur medicine in preventing and treating ischemic apoplexy. Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was established with the suture-occuluded method. Sixty rats were randomly divided into four group:Sham-operated group,Model group,Control group and treatment group. Sham-operated group was given ordinary feed, Physiological saline was fed by lavage in model group and Buchang Naoxin tong capsule in Control group and Uighur medicine strong madetuliayate honey in treatment group. These therapy continiue for seven days after duplicating the mold successfully. After1hour Rats were orally administered and the neurological function was scored.Meanwhile we detected serum activity of ICAM-land level of TNF-a, IL-1β.Brain pathology study were performed soon after the experiment.Results:After MCAO, the score of neurological function were both increased obviously but the UMSMH can reduced it.After MCAO,the serum IL-1β,TNF-α and ICAM-1were increased but the UMSMH can reduced it and its treatment result wasn’t different with the BCNXT. Conclusion:Uighur medicine strong madetuliayate honey ointment had a protective effect for rats with focal cerebral ischemia.and its therapy is as similar effective as Buchang Naoxin tong.Uighur medicine strong madetuliayate honey ointment for the positive treatment of acute cerebral infarction may be related to the inhibition of cytokines ICAM-1, TNF-a and IL-1β expression.
