Objective:To study the seeds of brassica alba and sanchi influence of acu-point application therapy on the rats prothrombotic state of molecular markers Fbg、 vWF and PAI-1. Methods:Forty-eight SD rats were randomly divided into a mode1group, an acupoint application group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, and an acupoint application gro up Ⅲ. Continuous intervention of two weeks for three groups except the model on e, the pre-thrombosis model was induced by Adrenalin Hydrochloride and ice water method for four groups, separately. Molecular markers in arterial blood were deter mined18hours later. Results:Fibrinogen (Fbg), Von Willebrand factor (vWF), an d type-1plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) decreased after point application. T he levels of Fbg, vWF, and PAI-1in the acupoint application group I and group I I were lower than those in the model group (P<0.01). The levels in the acupoint a pplication group Ⅲ was lower than those in the model group (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference in the acupoint application group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, and Ⅲ (P>0.05). Conclusion:With the seeds of brassica alba and sanchi acupoint application can significantly affect contents of the rats prothrombotic stateof molec ular markers Fbg, vWF, and PAI-1.
