Objective:To understand elevated ALT(ALT>40u/1, Rate method) and Non-pathological factors among the Urumqi voluntary blood donors, and further analysis of the relationship between ALT and Non-pathological factors, in order to reduce the blood scrap rate for elevated ALT and provides the feasible solution. Methods:To use the questionnaire survey method to collect the voluntary blood donors’ non-pathological factors and results of ALT, there are6305samples. Using the chi-square test and logistic regression to analysis and discuss the relationship between ALT and non-pathological factors. Results:There are595samples of elevated ALT in all samples, accounting for9.4%of the total number of blood donors. The results of single factor analysis showed: non-pathological factors of sex, age, BMI, drinking, sleeping, blood, drugs and physical labor and vigorous exercise and other factors associated with elevated ALT had statistical significance; multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed:the BMI, drinking, sleeping, strenuous exercise and heavy physical exercise is an elevated ALT risk factors, and blood donation behavior is an elevated ALT protective factor. Conclusion:1. Blood donors ALT detection due to poor specificity, influencing factors, blood scrap rate higher, already became the blood donation work constraints, more reasonable ALT detection standard adjustment, for our blood donation without compensation would be better;2.Males, aged between the ages of35~55, BMI>25kg/square meters, sleep less than6hours, three days of drinking, the recent medication history,3days of intense exercise and heavy manual labor, this7kinds of pathological factors may be the cause of blood donors ALT elevated risk factors, repeated blood donation is an elevated ALT protective factors, the results of this study will provide blood station medical doctors at work, to exclude donors may cause an elevated ALT risk behavior to provide technical support, through the blood donor inquiries and persuasion, guide donors regulate blood donation behavior, thereby reducing blood scrap rate and blood cost, avoid blood resources waste.3.Xinjiang area have be richly endowed by nature of RH negative blood resources, but a minority donors less, this study shows that voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in Urumqi area in Han blood donors are other minority blood donors with a total of7.3times. Therefore, vigorously develop the minority donors, should be the development direction of the local blood donation.4.Low risk population to donate blood, can better guarantee the quality of blood and blood donor health.
