Objective:To analysis the related factors between the clinical features and immunologicalsubtypes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in Uyghu and Han patients. Methods: Tocollect167cases of DLBCL from Xin Jiang Provincial Cancer Hospital during2005to2012. Clinical data were analyzed and the immunohistochemistry method was used todivide167cases of DLBCL into GCB and non-GCB subgroups. χ2test was used toanalysis the correlation clinical features and the immunological subtypes. Results: Hansrule is used to class immunophenotype in64cases Uyghur nationality and103cases Hannationality DLBCL patients. GCB subtype is22cases(34.4%),and non-GCB subtype is42cases(65.6%) in Uyghur nationality DLBCL patients. GCB subtype is34cases(33%),andnon-germinal center subtype is69cases(67%) in Han nationality DLBCL patients. Thedistribution of the immunological subtypehave no statistically significant in the Uyghurand Han nationality DLBCL patients(P>0.05). The age and IPI grade have relate toimmunological subtypes in Han nationality DLBCL patients (P<0.05).The age, Bsymptom and IPI grade have statistically significant in the Uyghur and Han nationalityDLBCL non-GCB subtype patients(P<0.05). Conclusion:Non-GCB subtype patients arehigher than GCB subtype in the Uyghur patients(67%vs33%).The distribution ofimmunological subtypes have no statistically significant in the Uyghur and Hannationality DLBCL patients. The age and IPI grade have relate to immunological subtypesin Han nationality DLBCL patients. The age,B symptom and IPI grade have differencebetween national in the Uyghur and Han nationality DLBCL non-GCB subtype patients.
